The Moment Photograph and text by Chris Nimmo Wynyard Station - 2017 It was a Friday afternoon, 34 degrees out, Hot Stuffy everything sticky. Then in the corner of my eye, I saw him. This homeless man just sitting there watching people walk past him and all these people just looking and not doing anything. I felt for him. He had shelter no money and worst of all he was deaf. I wonder what happened to him and where he came from. The contrast in photo was also hinting at the fact that he has been outcasted from society because he's the only one wearing a blue shirt where everyone else is is in worm tones showing that Everyone else is happier than him. I watched him for fifteen minutes and for those fifteen minutes he just sat there. Then all of a sudden a women walk past him and put money in his cup. He just looked up at her and in that moment I realised what hope looked like.
